VAC-5 abrasive recovery system is an electrically driven vacuum suction system equipped with an integrated high-performance cartridge filter with pulse-air cleaning, an abrasive hopper tank for automatic filling of the blasting unit (mounted directly on the Contracor Z-200 series blast pot), a floor hopper, and suction hoses.
Applications
The VAC-5 abrasive recovery system is specifically designed for recycling used abrasive so it can be processed and reused. Used abrasive is vacuumed into the abrasive hopper tank by the vacuum suction system, where it is separated from dust by the airflow and cleaned. The abrasive hopper tank is located directly above the blast pot, into which the cleaned abrasive falls and is immediately ready for reuse. Continuous reuse of abrasive ensures economical operation, allowing the system to collect up to 4 tons of abrasive per hour from a distance of up to 10 meters. Despite its high performance, it is a compact system which, thanks to its small dimensions, offers great flexibility and is ideally suited for working conditions with limited space.
