Application
The BRS-2 recyclable abrasive blasting system is an electrically driven, pressure-operated closed-loop blasting unit that can be used in locations where open abrasive blasting is prohibited or is not possible or practical.
Cleaning and simultaneous abrasive recovery are activated by pressing the DMH handle. Thanks to the clean working area, the operator can work without cordoning off the area and without using respiratory protective equipment.
Standard equipment
BRS-2 systems are mounted on a portable frame and include a cyclone-type dust separator and abrasive recovery unit, a 13-litre blast pot, a cartridge-filter dust collector with manual filter cleaning,
fully pneumatic remote control and blasting pressure adjustment, a compressed-air moisture filter, 5 m blasting and vacuum hoses, a BSH-40 vacuum nozzle with three brushes, an NTC-5.0 blasting nozzle, and a DMH handle.
