Foundation works

Quality slab foundation:

When building a construction its foundation remains of major importance as the whole structure rests upon it. Correcting the faults made during the construction of a foundation turns out to be very expensive and complicated later on.

Two types of foundation works are mostly used in the contemporary construction: continuous footing and slab foundation. In the first case the foundation is poured as a continuous line under the walls and other carrying elements. In the second case the flooring plate is poured together with the foundation’s carrying parts. For both cases it is important that the foundation should be leveled, correctly filled and compacted. Floor heating and water and sewage pipelines are installed into the foundation right away.
